Life is about balance - the fast and the slow - so we teach two kinds of yoga.
Both are awesome on their own. But practised together - that's when you find your balance.
The power up. The detox. The flow. Based on traditional ashtanga and rocket yoga styles, our yang classes will get you fired-up and energised.
Prepare to work a little.
Take a moment to slow things down. Yin yoga is deep, mindful stretching where poses are held for 2-5 minutes to release knots and leave you feeling light. Come dressed in comfy socks and cosy jumpers.

10 - 11am
Wake up, work out and feel balanced. This is a strong, slow flow to strengthen paired with a few long luscious stretches. Feel calm, fresh and ready for the weekend. Great for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
Get Up & Glow Flow
9.30am - 10.30am
Kick off your weekend with an energising start. This flow of postures will include some detoxing twists, fun balances and a little bit of core strengthening. You'll leave feeling alert and productive, with a morning glow. An energetic class for all levels.
Stretch & Soothe
3.30 - 4.30pm
A mindful yin practice perfect for winding down. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes to deeply stretch muscles and iron-out any kinks leaving you light and calm for the week ahead. Wear comfy, loose clothing. A calming practice for all levels.
Yin & Yoga Nidra
5.00 - 6.15pm
A soothing yin class to unwind after the weekend with slow deep stretching followed by 15mins of relaxing 'yogic sleep'. Every experience level welcome.

Six days of yoga and relaxation with like-minded yogis in the stunning Tuscan countryside!
Situated within a private 30 hectare estate of rolling hills and certified organic agricultural farmland, enjoy a week of Dynamic Rocket yoga in the mornings and Restorative Yin in the evenings. Wander the site’s own forest, olive grove, vineyard, medieval Roman and Etruscan ruins, and a bathe in a natural hot pool.

A series of yoga brunches themed on the energy centres throughout the body, the chakras. We start with an invigorating flow practice ending with yin, intention setting and meditation. We finish with a healthy 3 course brunch of energy-giving organic vegan and vegetarian dishes upstairs in our Dining Room.
